Flight Booking Terms
The total price displayed includes all applicable government taxes. Full payment is required before confirmation of any flight booking.
- No-show passengers may not be eligible for any refund unless permitted under the specific airline fare rules.
- Meals, frequent flyer miles, and special service requests are subject to airline confirmation and availability.
- Passengers must ensure that their passport has a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel and that they possess valid visa and immigration clearance as required.
- To avail infant fares, the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire travel itinerary.
- Infants and children must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years of age.
- All tickets and bookings issued to customers are additionally governed by the terms and conditions of the respective airline or service provider.
- Standard airline check-in time is 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to departure for international flights.
Flight Amendment Policy
- Dream Destinations may assist with amendments to most bookings; however, in certain cases, passengers may be required to contact the airline directly.
- All amendments are subject to airline rules and charges, which vary based on airline, route, and fare type. These charges are non-refundable.
- If a booking is amended, any applicable fare difference must be paid by the passenger. If the revised fare is lower than the original fare, the difference will not be refunded.
- In addition to airline charges, Dream Destinations levies a non-refundable amendment handling fee of INR 450 per passenger per segment for domestic bookings within India.
- Some promotional or special fare bookings may be completely non-amendable as per airline policies.
- Passengers may also choose to contact the airline directly for amendments if permitted by the airline.
Refund & Cancellation
All flight bookings made through Dream Destinations are subject to cancellation charges as determined by the respective airline and fare rules.
- Convenience fee as applicable at the time of booking (currently ₹500) is strictly non-refundable.
- Bookings made under special or promotional fares may be completely non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Dream Destinations cancellation service fee of ₹450 per passenger per segment will be applicable in case of cancellation by the customer.
- In case of cancellation by the passenger, airline cancellation charges along with convenience fee and service fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Cancellation Charges: Airline charges + Dream Destinations service fee (₹450) + applicable convenience fee.
- Dream Destinations will process refunds only after the respective airline or service provider has processed and released the eligible refund to us.
- Refund timelines are entirely dependent on airline processing and approval procedures. Dream Destinations shall not be responsible for any delay caused by the airline or service provider.
- Once the refund is received by us from the airline, it will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
- Dream Destinations shall not be liable for refunds in cases where an airline suspends operations, shuts down, or becomes insolvent. Any refund will be processed only after the amount is actually received by us from the airline.
Acceptance Clause
- By accepting the confirmation voucher / ticket copy, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions of Dream Destinations and the respective hotel/service provider.
User Agreement
This website is owned, operated, and maintained by Dream Destinations. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, or by making any flight booking through Dream Destinations, the user agrees to be legally bound by the Flight Terms & Conditions mentioned on this website. The agreement between the User and Dream Destinations shall be considered a valid and legally binding contract applicable to all flight booking services provided by the company.
Dream Destinations reserves the right to modify, update, or change any part of these Flight Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review the Terms & Conditions before proceeding with any flight booking or payment.
Acceptance of Terms: By making any payment, advance, confirmation, or flight booking request through WhatsApp, phone call, email, website inquiry, or any other communication channel with Dream Destinations, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Flight Terms & Conditions displayed on the official website www.thedreamdestinations.in. Proceeding with any flight booking confirmation or payment shall be considered as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Service Responsibility: Dream Destinations acts solely as a flight booking facilitator between customers and airlines or related service providers. The company shall not be responsible for any schedule changes, flight delays, cancellations, baggage issues, refunds, or any service-related matters directly controlled by the respective airline.
Limitation of Liability: Dream Destinations shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or inconvenience arising due to airline operational issues, technical errors, payment gateway failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: All bookings and services provided by Dream Destinations are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, India.
