Hotel Booking Terms
All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Full payment is required prior to issuance of the final confirmation voucher.
- Voucher is issued based on confirmation received from the respective hotel or service provider.
- All special requests such as room preference, early check-in, adjoining rooms, etc. are strictly on request basis only.
- Special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the hotel.
- Room allocation is subject to the hotel’s internal policies and availability at the time of check-in.
Check-in Requirements
- Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in at the hotel.
- Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will be applicable as per hotel policy.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa as required at the time of check-in.
- Hotel reserves the right to deny check-in in case of incorrect guest details or invalid documents.
Extra Bed & Occupancy
- Extra bed is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and additional charges.
- Child and extra person policies vary by hotel and room type.
- Maximum room occupancy is strictly governed by the hotel’s internal policies.
- Any additional guest not included in the original booking may be denied accommodation or charged extra by the hotel.
Payment & Additional Charges
- Any additional services availed at the hotel such as room service, meals, laundry, mini-bar, transport, etc. will be payable directly by the guest.
- Hotel may levy additional taxes, resort fees, destination fees, or mandatory charges, which must be paid directly at the property.
- Inclusions and exclusions are strictly as mentioned in the booking voucher.
- Dream Destinations shall not be responsible for any additional charges levied by the hotel.
Amendment Policy
- Booking amendments are subject to hotel rules and availability.
- Any change in travel dates, guest name, room category, or other booking details may attract additional charges.
- Amendment charges, if applicable, must be paid in full before the revised confirmation is issued.
- Certain promotional or discounted bookings may not be eligible for amendments as per hotel policy.
- Dream Destinations may levy a non-refundable amendment handling fee in addition to hotel charges.
Refund & Cancellation
Every booking made via Dream Destinations is subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel or service provider.
- All cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective hotel.
- In case of no-show, late arrival, or early check-out, no refund will be applicable.
- Refunds, if eligible, will be processed only after the hotel or service provider approves and releases the refund.
- Refund timelines depend on the hotel’s internal procedures, and Dream Destinations shall not be responsible for any delays.
- Service charges and convenience fees charged by Dream Destinations are strictly non-refundable.
- Dream Destinations will process your refund only after the respective hotel or service provider has processed and released the eligible refund to us.
- In case of cancellation by the guest, applicable hotel charges and service fees will be deducted as per policy. Hotel cancellation charges + Dream Destinations service fee (₹400) + applicable convenience fee.
- Once the refund is received by us, it will be processed to your original mode of payment within the standard processing time (within 7–10 working days after receipt of refund from the hotel/service provider)
Hotel Rules & Guest Conduct
- Guests are required to follow all rules and regulations set by the hotel.
- The hotel reserves the right of admission and may deny check-in as per its internal policies.
- Any damage caused to hotel property by the guest will be payable directly by the guest.
- Dream Destinations shall not be responsible for any action taken by the hotel due to guest misconduct.
Liability Disclaimer
- Dream Destinations acts only as a booking facilitator between the guest and the hotel/service provider.
- We are not responsible for the quality of services, facilities, or standards provided by the hotel.
- Dream Destinations shall not be liable for any inconvenience, service deficiency, delay, loss, injury, or damage caused by the hotel.
- We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or documents during the stay.
- Any complaints or issues during the stay must be addressed directly with the hotel management.
- Dream Destinations shall not be liable for any refunds in cases where a hotel suspends operations, shuts down, or becomes insolvent or bankrupt; any refund will be processed only after the amount is actually received in our bank account from the hotel.
Force Majeure
- Dream Destinations shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay, or disruption caused due to natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, technical issues, or any circumstances beyond control.
General Terms
- All bookings are governed by the policies and terms of the respective hotel/service provider.
- Any dispute arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, India.
- This voucher is a confirmation document and not a tax invoice.
- Dream Destinations reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Acceptance Clause
- By accepting the confirmation voucher, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions of Dream Destinations and the respective hotel/service provider.
User Agreement
This website and booking platform is owned, operated, and maintained by Dream Destinations. By making any hotel booking through Dream Destinations, the user agrees to be legally bound by all Hotel Terms & Conditions mentioned on this website.
Dream Destinations reserves the right to modify, update, or change any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests are advised to review the applicable Terms & Conditions before confirming any booking.
Acceptance of Terms: By making any payment, advance, confirmation, or booking request through WhatsApp, phone call, email, website inquiry, or any other communication channel with Dream Destinations, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Hotel Terms & Conditions displayed on the official website www.thedreamdestinations.in. Proceeding with any booking confirmation or payment shall be considered as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Service Responsibility: Dream Destinations acts solely as a booking facilitator between the guest and the hotel or service provider. We shall not be responsible for any service issues, delays, cancellations, room quality, amenities, overbooking, or any changes made directly by the hotel.
Limitation of Liability: Dream Destinations shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from hotel operations, service failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: All bookings and services provided by Dream Destinations are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, India.
