All visa services provided by Dream Destinations are on a facilitation basis only.

• Visa approval, rejection, or processing timelines are solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate.
• Submission of visa application does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.
• Processing time mentioned at the time of application is only indicative and approximate
• Dream Destinations only assists in documentation and submission; the final decision is completely with the concerned embassy.

Documents & Information Responsibility

• The applicant must ensure that the passport has a minimum validity of 6 months from the intended date of travel.
• The applicant is solely responsible for providing correct, genuine, and complete documents.
• Any incorrect, fake, or incomplete information may lead to visa rejection or delay.
• Additional documents may be requested by the embassy at any stage of processing.
• Dream Destinations shall not be responsible for rejection due to insufficient or incorrect documentation.
• All original documents must be submitted and collected by the applicant as per embassy requirements.

• Visa fees, service charges, courier fees, and any other applicable charges must be paid in full before submission.
• Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable once the application is submitted, irrespective of visa outcome.
• Additional charges imposed by the embassy or service provider must be borne by the applicant.
• Any changes in government taxes or embassy fees after submission will be payable by the applicant.

• Processing time is entirely dependent on the embassy/consulate and cannot be guaranteed.
• Dream Destinations is not responsible for delays caused due to embassy procedures, public holidays, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Urgent or express processing is subject to embassy approval and additional charges.

• Grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the concerned embassy.
• Dream Destinations does not influence or guarantee visa approvals.
• In case of visa rejection, all fees including service charges remain non-refundable.
• The applicant may reapply at their own discretion and additional charges will be applicable.

Every booking made via Dream Destinations is subject to cancellation charges levied by the respective embassy & service provider.

• Any refund, if permitted by the embassy or service provider, will be processed strictly as per their policies.
• All visa service fees and embassy fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only as per embassy or service provider policies.

• Passports and documents are handled with utmost care; however, Dream Destinations is not responsible for loss or damage caused by courier companies, embassies, or third-party service providers.
• Collection and delivery of passports are subject to embassy and courier timelines.

• Applicants are advised not to make any non-refundable travel bookings (flights, hotels, etc.) before visa approval.
• Dream Destinations shall not be responsible for any travel losses incurred due to visa delay or rejection.
• Any booking made by the applicant before visa approval is at their own risk.

• Dream Destinations shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or loss due to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, technical failures, or any circumstances beyond control.

• The applicant agrees to comply with all immigration laws and regulations of the destination country.
• Dream Destinations reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Any dispute arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, India.
• Visa services are provided strictly as per embassy guidelines and policies.

• By submitting documents or making any payment for visa services, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions of Dream Destinations.

This website and service platform is owned, operated, and maintained by Dream Destinations. By applying for any visa service through Dream Destinations, the applicant agrees to be legally bound by all Visa Terms & Conditions mentioned on this website.

Dream Destinations reserves the right to modify, update, or change any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Applicants are advised to review the applicable Visa Terms & Conditions before submitting any documents or making any payment.

Acceptance of Terms: By submitting documents, making any payment, advance, confirmation, or visa application request through WhatsApp, phone call, email, website inquiry, or any other communication channel with Dream Destinations, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to all Visa Terms & Conditions displayed on the official website www.thedreamdestinations.in. Proceeding with any visa application or payment shall be considered as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Service Responsibility: Dream Destinations acts solely as a visa facilitation agent between the applicant and the respective embassy, consulate, or visa service provider. We shall not be responsible for any visa rejection, processing delays, additional document requests, or changes in embassy rules, requirements, or procedures.

Limitation of Liability: Visa approval, rejection, or processing timelines are entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Dream Destinations does not guarantee visa approval or specific processing timelines and shall not be liable for any loss, expense, or inconvenience arising due to visa outcomes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: All visa services provided by Dream Destinations are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, India.
